I am deeply committed to supporting children, couples, and families in overcoming challenges and fostering healthier relationships. With a background in Psychology from the University of California, San Marcos, and currently pursuing my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant International University, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice. My professional journey has afforded me opportunities to work with diverse populations, including individuals facing mental health challenges, developmental delays, physical disorders, and intellectual disabilities. Utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, biofeedback therapy, and mindfulness interventions, I am dedicated to providing holistic care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

My passion lies in helping children navigate the complexities of their emotions, supporting couples in strengthening their bonds, and empowering families to thrive amidst life’s obstacles. I am particularly drawn to emotionally focused therapy and attachment-based play therapy as powerful tools for fostering connection and healing within relationships. Outside of my professional endeavors, I enjoy spending quality time with my two dogs, exploring the beauty of the beach and nature through hiking adventures, immersing myself in the transformative power of music, and cherishing meaningful moments with family and friends. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward growth, healing, and resilience.
