As a practicing Marriage and Family Trainee, I strive to understand and support clients’ greatest hopes, needs, and strengths. I truly believe every individual, family, and relationship is unique and therefore tailor my approach in therapy with curiosity, collaboration, and openness. I value diversity and equity and am committed to creating a safe place in the therapy room, providing affirming care, and being inclusive to all individuals. I believe that our relationships have the power to heal and transform our lives in meaningful ways.

As I work alongside clients, I will meet each person with empathy and understanding. I aim to create a genuine, trusting, and compassionate connection with clients where they can feel heard and seen. In the face of life’s challenges, I hope to empower clients to live a rich and fulfilling life according to what matters most to them.

During my sessions, I plan to utilize evidence-based practices, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative Therapy, while applying a feminist lens. I am also pursuing further education in play therapy. I am dedicated to continual growth and knowledge so that I may always serve my clients as best as I can.

As someone deeply passionate about helping others, I’d be honored to be a part of your journey as you take the next step to start or continue therapy.

My past experiences include working with Families and Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). I have also worked alongside couples and individuals from all over the world as an In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Coordinator, helping them to start or grow their families, and providing emotional support and guidance every step of the way.
